At HOF Realty we believe agents should be rewarded for growing their own business and putting in the hard work. For this reason we offer a dual-tier commission structure.

Tier 1 Deals - Deals generated by the agent
Do you plan on growing your social media following, reaching out to friends and family, or using some traditional advertising options? If so you should be getting paid more on the deals you self-generate. At HOF we offer a very fair and negotiable split for Tier 1 Deals with a company cap of 15k.

Tier 2 Deals - Deals generated by the Company
These deals would include sources like company paid leads, leads generated by company marketing, or listings assigned to an agent. Since these deals have a cost associated with them we offer a 60/40 split with 60 percent going to the agent. Tier 2 Deals do not count toward the company cap amounts.

And the opportunity to earn doesn’t stop with your own deals.

At HOF Realty, we also reward agents who help grow our team. If you bring another agent to HOF Realty as their “sponsoring” agent, you’ll earn 20% of the funds they pay toward their company cap—up to $3,000 per referred agent annually.
